As a Salesman, you will play an important part in representing the Sealy brand, creating a positive customer experience, and supporting sales growth through product knowledge, service, and consistent follow-through. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting mattresses and furniture based on their needs. Demonstrate product features and explain comfort, quality, and value clearly. Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and closing techniques. Maintain attractive showroom displays and ensure products are well presented. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support when needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5 years of experience in retail sales of mattresses, bedroom furniture, and premium sleep products. Experience serving walk-in retail customers or high-intent showroom buyers, with the ability to coordinate effectively with delivery and after-sales teams. Hands-on experience using showroom POS systems, inventory systems, and order-entry software. Native proficiency in Arabic and intermediate proficiency in English.
