Job Purpose HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Senior Civil Engineer to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will deliver program-level civil engineering expertise and technical governance for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity. You will be providing program-level technical expertise, engineering assurance, and collaborative oversight for reviewing and monitoring all civil designs across the program, ensuring all technical submissions are fully integrated and compliant with approved design criteria, infrastructure strategies, statutory requirements, and operational needs under the direction of the Technical Manager, while supporting the successful delivery of the overall development program.
