The Senior Data Center & Microsoft 365 Engineer will be engaged as a dedicated project resource to support implementation, remediation, documentation, and knowledge transfer across enterprise data center, Microsoft 365, identity, and endpoint-management platforms. The resource will implement approved technical requirements while maintaining service availability and producing complete operational documentation. Scope of Work The resource will support implementation, configuration, remediation, and operational activities related to Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and endpoint-management services. Windows Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS, troubleshooting, and enterprise operational support. Microsoft 365: Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, user and license administration, device enrollment, endpoint configuration, and Microsoft 365 service management.
