Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Project Director Delivery to lead and oversee the delivery of high-profile projects within the Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU). This leadership role requires a seasoned professional to ensure the successful execution and completion of complex projects, aligning with Qiddiya’s strategic goals and objectives. The Senior Director - Project Director Delivery provides executive leadership in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the construction delivery, governance, and operating model for QDC HQ. Ensure delivery processes are developed, standardized, and rolled out across all BUs when required. Provides leadership for assigned HQ special projects accountable for meeting quality, time, budget and HSSE requirements. Key Responsibilities Establish/update delivery and project management framework for all delivery methods (including Self-Delivery, Delivery partner, CM, traditional etc.). Develop / update policies, processes, procedures, manuals and templates for delivery and consultancy (including PMC) for all projects and delivery methods.
