Job Purpose HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Senior Irrigation Engineer to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will deliver program-level irrigation engineering expertise and technical governance for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity. You will be providing program-level technical expertise, engineering assurance, and collaborative oversight for reviewing and monitoring all irrigation engineering designs and technical submissions across the program, ensuring all irrigation systems, treated sewage effluent (TSE) distribution networks, and water-efficient solutions are fully integrated and compliant with approved standards, sustainability objectives, and operational needs under the direction of the Technical Manager, while supporting the successful delivery of the overall development program.
