Overview: Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Asset Management to support the Head of Asset Management in shaping and delivering a citywide asset management framework. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring assets are governed, accepted, managed, monitored, and renewed in a consistent, risk-based, and data-led way across the city. As the Senior Asset Manager, you will play a key role in developing the city’s asset strategy, strengthening governance, improving asset data and configuration control, and supporting lifecycle planning and handover readiness. Your leadership will help ensure the city’s assets are managed safely, efficiently, and in line with long-term service and investment objectives.
