Description Qiddiya Investment Company invites applications for the position of Senior Manager - Commercial for the Racecourse project. This role is integral to leading and overseeing the procurement and commercial management of approximately SAR 3 billion of Provisional Sum works packages, delivered through a Management Contractor under a FIDIC-based contract, within one of our most landmark developments — a world-class horseracing destination being built as part of the Qiddiya giga-project. The successful candidate will lead a team of Commercial Leads embedded across five delivery streams, overseeing 20–30 packages each, and managing a total scope of up to 75 procurement packages. You will be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle from procurement strategy through to final account, working closely with the Management Contractor, design teams, and internal governance functions to protect QIC's commercial interests at every stage.
