The Senior Manager – FP&A (Development) will support the financial oversight and performance management of Qiddiya’s development portfolio. This role will focus on financial monitoring of development projects, variance analysis, risk tracking, management reporting, and ensuring alignment between project controls and accounting systems. The role will play a key part in preparing high-quality management reports, budget submissions, variance analyses, and project financial reviews, while providing actionable insights to senior finance leadership. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline, data integrity, and continuous process improvement across development projects. Support financial oversight of capital development projects, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, schedules, and scope. Prepare and consolidate management packs, executive summaries, and budget submissions for review by the Senior Director.
