Lead the Employee Relations section, owning the frameworks through which ROSHN Group manages workplace conduct, grievances, discipline, disputes and separation. The section mandate is to protect the employment relationship on both sides: fair and consistent treatment for employees, and a compliance position under Saudi labour law that withstands legal and audit scrutiny. Reporting to the Director, Talent Care, the role directs the full caseload, personally leads high-risk matters, owns the Group position in labour disputes, and builds line manager capability to resolve issues at source. Accountability sits with case resolution turnaround, escalation and dispute outcomes, regulatory compliance, and employee trust. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law. Master's degree preferred8+ years in employee relations, HR advisory, or labour law application, including at least 3 years leading an employee relations team or section, with substantive experience in Saudi Arabia Mandatory: SHRM or CIPD, or equivalent HR professional certification. Preferred: A recognised Saudi labour law or workplace investigation certification. Design, govern and continuously enhance the employee relations framework, covering conduct, grievance, disciplinary, appeal and separation policies and procedures. Set and maintain the Group interpretation of Saudi labour law and MHRSD requirements, and direct the resulting policy and process updates. Own the case governance model: classification, escalation thresholds, decision rights, confidentiality, and audit readiness of the case register. Direct the full employee relations caseload end to end, deciding outcomes within delegated authority and referring those beyond it to the Director, Talent Care. Personally lead complex, senior-level and high-risk cases, including serious misconduct and matters carrying legal or reputational exposure. Set the Group workplace investigation standard, lead serious investigations, and commission independent external investigators where required. Own the Group position in labour office proceedings, dispute committees and settlements, working with Legal & Compliance and external counsel. Own the separation and offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance with Government Relations, Payroll, and Administration & Workplace Management. Act as escalation point and advisor to HR Business Partners, line managers and senior leadership on employee issues and disciplinary process. Build line manager capability through employee relations, disciplinary and difficult conversation programmes delivered with Talent Management. Own employee relations analytics, converting case trends and exit themes into early-warning insight on culture and engagement, and lead the root cause interventions that reduce case volume and repeat matters. Partner with Legal & Compliance and Internal Audit on the Group grievance, whistleblowing and code of conduct channels. Lead and develop the Employee Relations team, manage section budget and resources, and deputize for the Director, Talent Care.
