Second, the role drives the development of digital skills across the wider organization, helping teams adopt technology-enabled ways of working and build the practical capabilities needed to use digital tools effectively in their roles. Third, the role partners with selected business units and corporate functions to support broader capability building where there are clear business needs, ensuring learning solutions are aligned to performance outcomes and integrated into the wider enterprise learning approach.
