Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a portfolio of strategic development projects. The role will be responsible for creating robust financial models, driving investment analysis, supporting business planning, evaluating strategic opportunities, and providing decision-making insights to senior leadership. This position requires a highly analytical professional with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models. Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities. Analyze project and portfolio performance, including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics. Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees. Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
