The Senior manager of Stakeholder, Governance and Community engagement is a critical leadership role within the Transport Division, responsible for establishing and managing robust engagement frameworks across multi-modal transport systems that operate both within and beyond the Qiddiya boundary. The role is focused on building enduring stakeholder relationships with government, community, and industry actors, while also facilitating, deriving, agreeing and tracking transport governance and stakeholder requirements between Qiddiya Transport, internal and external governance, infrastructure and service providers. This position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with an exceptional stakeholder engagement capability, and significant experience navigating complex regulatory, transport governance and operational landscapes in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable designing stakeholder engagement templates and insights as they are negotiating internal transport governance processes and formal stakeholder agreements with senior public and private sector counterparts.
