Qiddiya is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Manager to lead all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the Racecourse Development Project, comprising a world-class horse racing track, grandstand, associated hospitality facilities, stables, infrastructure and supporting works. The successful candidate will provide strategic HSE leadership throughout the design, construction and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with Qiddiya, PIF and Kingdom regulations, whilst driving a proactive safety culture across all contractors, consultants and project stakeholders. This individual must possess a unique blend of client-side governance and assurance experience together with hands-on delivery experience gained with a Tier 1/Main Contractor on large-scale complex construction projects. Experience working on major PIF developments within Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: HSE Leadership & Governance Lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of the Project HSE Management System. Establish project-specific HSE strategies, objectives, KPIs and performance targets. Serve as the primary HSE advisor to the Project Director and senior leade
