This position plays a key role in driving land cost modelling and financial analysis that inform land cost allocation outcomes and masterplanning decisions as districts move through planning, design, and delivery. As Senior Manager – Land Cost and Valuations, you will bring advanced financial modelling capability and strong project management skills, balancing analytical depth with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional workstreams. You will need a strong understanding of how land is planned, subdivided, serviced and monetised, and how those decisions influence land value, infrastructure cost, and financing outcomes — bridging technical and commercial disciplines to support decision-making.
