The Senior Manager – People & Performance position at Qiddiya Investment Company is a strategic role responsible for driving people-related initiatives that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, resource mobility and workforce planning. This role collaborates closely with Qiddiya and Delivery Partner HR Business Partners, HR Centres of Excellence, leadership teams, and functional heads to develop and implement performance management frameworks, employee development programs, and culture-building initiatives aligned with Qiddiya’s ambition as a transformative entertainment and lifestyle destination. The Senior Manager leads the design of Delivery Partner performance measurement systems, integrated execution of performance measurement systems, recognition programs, and continuous feedback processes to build a high-performing integrated workforce. Acting as a change agent, this role ensures alignment of people strategies with corporate objectives and supports leaders in fostering an inclusive, motivated, and collaborative culture.
