Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Middleware Support Engineer to provide operational support for enterprise middleware and API management platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical integration services built on IBM middleware technologies. As part of a 24x7 production support organization , the engineer will lead complex incident resolution, perform advanced troubleshooting, monitor middleware platforms, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver highly available integration services. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for enterprise middleware and API platforms. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents affecting middleware services and API integrations. Support IBM API Connect, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) environments. Monitor middleware infrastructure, integration services, and API gateways to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions to minimize recurring incidents. Manage middleware
