Develop and maintain technical documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows. Mentor and guide junior developers on Pega standards, best practices, and methodologies. Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of development work being carried out by the team. Stay updated with the latest Pega releases and integrate new features as appropriate.
