We are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to help shape how Salla builds and improves products through data. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and the Data team to turn customer behaviour and product performance into clear decisions. You will own analytics for a product area end to end, from defining success metrics and measurement plans to analysing experiments, monitoring launches, and recommending next steps. This role is ideal for an experienced analyst who combines strong technical skills with product judgement. Salla's products are complex and operate at scale. You will often face questions without an existing playbook, which means learning the domain quickly, synthesising across messy and incomplete inputs, and deciding what level of analysis is enough for the decision at hand. Knowing when to go deeper and when to move forward matters as much as the analysis itself. This role suits someone who is comfortable making calls with incomplete information and moving fast without losing rigour.
