Job Purpose Manage and execute advanced quantity surveying functions across major construction and infrastructure projects. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, estimation, procurement support, contract administration, and commercial reporting throughout all project stages. Duties and Responsibilities Lead cost planning, estimation, and budget management from project inception to completion. Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, cost estimates, and other commercial documentation. Support procurement activities, including subcontractor evaluations, cost assessments, and negotiations. Monitor and control project costs, track variations, and implement value‑for‑money strategies. Administer contracts in accordance with relevant forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, bespoke), including handling claims, variations, and commercial correspondence. Assess and certify interim and final payments for contractors and suppliers. Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting for internal teams and clients.
