Responsibilities Oversee all quantity surveying functions throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure. Prepare detailed estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents in accordance with project requirements. Lead the cost management process, performing regular cost analyses and implementing cost-saving strategies. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and budget adherence. Manage contractual negotiations, variations, and claims in a timely and effective manner. Conduct site visits for progress assessments and to ensure compliance with specifications. Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field.
