Job Purpose HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Senior Road Engineer to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will deliver program-level road engineering expertise and technical governance for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity. You will be providing program-level technical expertise, engineering assurance, and collaborative oversight for reviewing and monitoring all road and highway designs across the program, ensuring all road networks, street systems, junctions, and pavement designs are fully integrated and compliant with approved design standards, statutory regulations, safety requirements, and operational needs under the direction of the Technical Manager, while supporting the successful delivery of the overall development program.
