Position Overview We are seeking a  Senior ServiceNow Developer  to assist/lead in technical design, architecture, and deployment of solutions on the Now Platform. In this high-impact role, you will champion the organization platform strategy, driving the optimization of IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows and engineering complex, strategic custom applications using IT Workflows and ServiceNow App Engine. You will also be contributing to scheduled platform upgrades, plugin updates, and making sure they do not impact on the existing services and process. Key Responsibilities ITSM:  Develop enhancement requirements related to ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog) to enhance automation and improve employee experience. Develop custom dashboards and reports for management and business units. App Engine:  Design and engineer complex scoped custom enterprise applications utilizing App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and advanced IntegrationHub spokes. Platform Governance:  Share experience on technical standards, managing update set, oversee code reviews, and maintaining overall platform health, upgradability, and performance.
