Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Systematics Support Engineer (IM/ST) to provide operational support for mission-critical Systematics Information Management (IM) and Systematics Transaction Server (ST) applications running on IBM Mainframe (z/OS). The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of batch processing and online transaction environments. As part of a 24x7 production support organization , the engineer will lead production incident resolution, monitor end-of-day (EOD) batch processing, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and operations teams to maintain business continuity. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Systematics IM/ST applications. Monitor and support End-of-Day (EOD), Beginning-of-Day (BOD), and scheduled batch processing activities. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents related to Systematics applications and batch jobs.
