Experience: 7+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong hands-on experience in banking or financial systems . Key Responsibilities: Lead test planning, estimation, and strategy for complex systems. Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases (UI, API, E2E). Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, ensuring process compliance and quality standards. Execute performance and load testing using JMeter, LoadRunner , and manage service virtualization environments. Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Prepare detailed defect reports, test metrics, and quality dashboards . Participate in UAT support and coordinate with stakeholders for final sign-off. Technical Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in Selenium, Appium, and API automation tools . Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Git, etc.) for automated testing pipelines. Solid understanding of performance engineering and load analysis . Strong reporting and analytical skills.
