Job Purpose HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Senior Transport Engineer to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will deliver program-level transportation engineering expertise and technical governance for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity. You will be providing program-level technical expertise, engineering assurance, and collaborative oversight for reviewing and monitoring all transportation planning and traffic engineering across the program, ensuring all mobility strategies, accessibility plans, and transport infrastructure submissions are fully integrated and compliant with approved standards, statutory requirements, and operational objectives under the direction of the Technical Manager, while supporting the successful delivery of the overall development program.
