Qiddiya Investment Company is transforming the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are in search of a high-potential, early-career professional to fill the role of Specialist – Land Cost & Valuation within our Master Development Unit Financing team. This role supports the development of land cost model for Qiddiya city, ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, great attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. As Specialist, you will contribute to detailed land cost allocation work and gain a strong understanding of the masterplanning process, subdivision, land servicing, and financial outcomes. You will gain exposure to internal functions and stakeholders — including master development district teams, cost planning, implementation, and the wider MDU Financing team — contributing to land commercial analysis and the masterplanning process.
