Reimagine What’s Possible  The Sr. Contract Administrator is responsible for implementing and administrating existing contracts in the current project on site in Duba, KSA. This will be an on-site job in Duba working on rotation of 8X2, 60 hours per week. Duties and responsibilities, but not limited: Experience of management of FIDIC based re-measurable subcontracts for EPC contractor(s). Understanding of contracts commercial models application (Unit rates, reimbursable and Lump Sum) and the contract administration principles for managing and understanding of contract terms for contractual intent and application Change and claim management and administration. Preparing and maintaining detailed MOM, verifiable experiences on formulation of contractual correspondence (Letters, Site instructions, CCO, MOM, …) Collaboration with other Project teams (engineering, construction, commissioning, project controls, commercial etc), Implementing the Projects Subcontracts Strategy identifying the life of project requirements including working with planning and cost/estimating to understand budget allocations against contracts. Performance management of contracts.
