We are looking for an experienced Stock Control Supervisor to join our Warehouse Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising stock control activities, leading cycle counts, and resolving stock discrepancies to support efficient distribution center operations. Responsibilities Supervise the stock control team and daily inventory activities. Conduct cycle counts, full inventory counts, audits, and stock reconciliations. Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Monitor receiving, stocking, picking, transfers, adjustments, and distribution transactions. Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems. Coordinate with Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams. Monitor stock levels and help prevent shortages and overstocking. Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices. Apply FIFO principles and monitor expiry dates, aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock. Ensure bins are correctly labeled and storage locations are logically organized.
