Role Overview : webook.com is looking for a Director of Strategy to establish and lead the company’s Strategy Management Office (SMO). Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role will work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders across the business. This position is suited for someone who enjoys building functions from the ground up, creating structure in fast-moving environments, and driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities Strategy Management Office Establish and lead the SMO, including governance models, planning processes, OKR structures, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards Coordinate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning cycles
