Maintenance Planning & Execution: - Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all electrical systems, including generators, transformers, switchgear, UPS, motors and other ancillary systems. - Schedule and execute electrical maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to plant operations. -       Ensures necessary tooling -       Ensures necessary Third Party Certification 2. Technical Support: - Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and resolution of electrical issues, ensuring best practices in maintenance and repair work. - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for electrical failures and develop strategies to mitigate reoccurrence. 4.
