1. Maintenance Planning & Execution: - Develop and implement inspection, maintenance, and repair schedules for all mechanical systems and equipment, including gas turbines, steam turbines, generators , condenser, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), pumps, compressors, HVAC and other ancillary systems. -       Ensures necessary tooling -       Ensures necessary Third-Party Certification 2. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mechanical maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure efficient maintenance operations and achieve targets & objectives. - Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement among team members. 3. Technical Support: - Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff for troubleshooting and problem resolution of mechanical issues. -       Provide in housetraining to enhance the team skills technically & safety - Conduct root cause analysis of mechanical failures and implement corrective measures. 4.
